Welcome to UMC Roll Racing

Utah Motorsports Campus is pleased to offer Roll Racing!  Utilizing the front stretch of the Outer Track, racers will roll from our preliminary start line getting up to approximately 40mph and will start racing at the green flag located at the official start line, and race to the 1000ft. finish line.

This is another test event. There will be no timing or scoring but as we have more successful test events then we can move towards buying timing systems, win lights, etc.

Check in at the Box Office. The building on the right BEFORE you enter the main gate. 

Please check in from 3:30 - 5:15 PM, present your self tech sheet. One will be provided if needed. You'll recieve a wrist band and window sticker (cannot race without them).

Mandatory Drivers Meeting at 5:30pm Located in Mountain Suites. Second floor of the Grand Prix building. EVERY DRIVER must attend the drivers meeting. If you don't attend, you don't run! No exceptions.

RULES – THESE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED

** Please remember these rules are in place for saftey and insurance purposes. Motorsports can be dangerous, you all know that! This program took a lot of work to get approved, it's still in the testing phase and It only takes one person to ruin it for everyone.*

• • Maintain control of your vehicle! 
  • Any driver who refuses to voluntarily reduce speed, or stop in the event a car does not handle properly (i.e. excessive drifting of the car toward the center or the edge of the strip), or any driver who willfully fishtails or weaves in an attempt to show undue disregard for the safety of himself or spectators, will be immediately barred from further participation of the event
  • All drivers must keep their helmet and seat belt on at all times on the race track
  • Once on the official track, all drivers must remain in their vehicle unless there is the situation of a fire
  • No burnouts of any kind on the facility, if such conduct should occur they will be asked to leave the premises
  • Any damages to the safety barrier or surface will result in the driver being charged for repairs/cleanup.
  • Any oil downs that require clean up – there will be a clean up charge to the offending vehicle
  • Safety equipment – Driver will be required to wear SNELL2010 or DOT Helmet (rentals are available)
  • Closed toe shoes are required
  • Long Pants are strongly recommended 
  • Convertibles MUST have a certified factory or aftermarket roll bar.  The following factory roll bars are NOT allowed; Mustang, Miata, Camaro.
  • No spectators or mechanics will be allowed anywhere on pit road.  Spectator viewing will be from East and West Chalets as well as the grandstand at East Track Turn 15. Approved media will be allowed to shoot from pit wall.  All vehicle servicing/checking will be required to be completed in the paddock area.
