Welcome to Amateur Track Days! 

Amateur Track Days (ATD) is a unique program presented by Utah Motorsports Campus that allows enthusiasts to drive their street or race-prepared car at speed on our racetrack in a non-competitive environment, and Autocross on either West Paddock or Midway 

Cars are released onto the track strategically, allowing you to drive at whatever speed your comfort level permits, to enjoy your car’s abilities and sharpen your skills. Precautions are in place to keep you and everyone else safe; it will definitely be one of the most memorable experiences of your life. 

ATD Track Laps - $75 per 50 Minute – 20 Cars Maximum per Session 

We now have 2 different run groups 

BEGINNER – For those with little to no experience on track. Single lap runs 

ADVANCED – After passing off with an instructor-ran course (taking place once a month), you're ready for the Advanced group! This group consists of continuous laps and you will be on track with other cars. A solid understanding of flag and passing rules is required.  

ATD AutoCross - $30 per session – 20 Cars Maximum per Session 

Cars are released one at a time on our AutoCross course on our West Paddock - these runs will be timed. This allows you to drive at whatever speed your comfort level permits, to enjoy your car’s abilities, and sharpen your skills. Precautions are in place to keep you and everyone else safe; it will definitely be one of the most memorable experiences of your life.  

***SPECIAL NOTE*** If there is bad weather and the surface for Autocross is either wet OR covered in snow, the track layout will be changed to a less aggressive setup and will be used as a defensive driving opportunity. 

PLEASE READ BELOW SPECIFIC RULES FOR OUR AMATEUR TRACK DAYS 

• Helmet rentals ARE available - we are taking extreme cautions with this and will be sanitizing the helmets after each use 

• If you are late and miss your session, there will be NO REFUNDS 

• Must have a valid driver’s license 

• Sessions will run regardless of the weather! 

Helmet Rental $25 

Need a helmet?  UMC has helmets available for rent, sizes S-XL.  

(Additional fee will be charged if the helmet is not returned) 

ATD Track Laps SESSION TIMES - You can book multiple session 

Session 1 – 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM – ADVANCED, Passing with "Point by Only", Front Straight           

Session 2 – 4:10 PM - 5:10 PM – ADVANCED, Passing with "Point by Only", Front Straight only     

Session 3 – 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM – BEGINNER, Single Laps, No Passing       

Session 4 - 6:30 - 7:30 PM - BEGINNER, Single Laps, No Passing  

ATD AUTOCROSS SESSION TIMES - You can book multiple sessions 

Session 1 – 3:30 PM - 5:20 PM 

Session 2 - 5:30 PM - 7:20 PM
